With its fortified entrance and circular layout, the heart of the village, nicknamed “lo cagarol,” has retained its medieval character. Here, in the winding alleyways, history is etched into the stones, shaped by time or by the tools of local sculptors. Dominique Saillard, a guide and lecturer, will lead a tour from the church to the cooperative winery.
