Corinne Mercadier
Exhibition
Between documentary and fiction, Silent Opera presents a set of ten works created for the exhibition. Each image superimposes the memory of the place and the geometric and dreamlike universe of Corinne Mercadier, strongly influenced by the history of art and science, architecture and landscape.
Corinne Mercadier presents Opéra silencieux, a series of ten photographs taken during the summer of 2025 at the winery’s interior renovation site. Blending documentary and reverie, the photographer captures the transformation of a winemaking workplace into a space dedicated to contemporary art, combining digital files and paintings on glass to create images where light, form, and imagination transform the space into a pœtic theatre.
